This year, Beijing insists on starting from the issues that the masses are most concerned about, improving the level of compulsory education enrollment services, guiding all districts to implement the implementation of many children, girls, and children with children in accordance with actual conditions, and deepening the construction of the service scenario of "Education Enrollment One Things".

A relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission said that the Municipal Party Committee Education Work Committee and the Municipal Education Commission attach great importance to promoting the work of more children, older children and younger children to follow the school. Each district has also taken effective measures to do its best to overcome the pressure of degree, adhere to the principles of voluntary application, fairness and justice, and access nearby, actively create conditions for more children, older children and younger children to follow the school, and strive to solve practical difficulties such as inconvenience in parents' pick-up and drop-off.

It is reported that in order to implement the State Council’s guiding opinions on “Efficiently Do One Things” and the relevant deployment of the General Office of the Ministry of Education to promote “Education and Enrollment”, this year, the Beijing compulsory education admission service platform has been connected to the “Beijingtong” municipal unified identity authentication platform. Relying on the city’s integrated government service system, it further simplifies the interface level, streamlines the processing links, accelerates data verification, shortens processing time, and continues to deepen the “one-stop service” to make admission services more convenient and efficient.

According to reports, the number of students enrolled in Beijing from kindergarten to primary school this year is basically the same as in the previous year, and the changes in the school-age population are consistent with the trend of the change in the number of permanent residents in Beijing, showing a trend of degree pressure transmission to junior high school. Beijing has established a degree supply mechanism that is coordinated with population changes. In 2025, more than 20,000 new primary and secondary school degrees will be added to alleviate the problem of degree tension and ensure that more children enjoy high-quality educational resources. Guide all districts to actively explore the development paradigm of green and low-carbon reduction, and change from "factory solving resource problems" to "structurely solving system problems", support all districts to focus on the continuous, integrated and joint training of talents, rely on new carriers such as group-based school management to promote the barrier-free flow of resource elements, and effectively resolve the problem of degree pressure transmission between school stages.

In addition, Beijing adheres to systematic thinking and comprehensive measures, and strives to build schools at the doorsteps of the people. At present, the city has had more than 65,000 exchanges and rotations, accounting for nearly 70% of full-time exchanges and rotations, and rotations of key teachers account for nearly 40%. The "hand-in-hand" pairing of urban and rural compulsory education schools has achieved full coverage.
